A commemorative booklet gathering fifty-two short illustrated sketches first issued in 1985 in the pages of the Saskatoon Star Phoenix and the Regina Leader-Post. Published during the centennial year of the North-West Resistance, the series was conceived as a joint undertaking between the two newspapers, the North-West Centennial Advisory Committee, and the Saskatchewan Archives Board, with the aim of bringing a clearer public understanding of the events of 1885.
