This volume contains a community history of the town of Churchbridge (in Saskatchewan’s Rural Municipality of Churchbridge #211) and its surrounding school districts: Beresina, Concordia, Dovedale, Kinbrae, Landestreu, Landshutt, Liscard, Logberg, Pennock, Redpath, Reeves, Rothbury, and Thingvalla. Organized by location, each town/district’s chapter includes a brief historical overview that usually covers area schools as well as churches, organizations, or noteworthy events (with the Churchbridge chapter adding sections on business, leisure, medical services, and the nearby potash mine at Esterhazy). Family histories contributed by area residents appear in many chapters (and make up the majority of the lengthy Churchbridge town chapter). Includes index.
