Notes

This volume records performance metrics from registered purebred dairy cattle in Canada. The volume begins by outlining the standards (age for bulls, milk production for cows) for registering various cattle breeds as purebred. The bulk of the volume consists of a breed-by-breed listing of registered purebred cattle. Each entry includes information about the cow’s ownership, bloodline, age during testing period, calving date, and production information for milk and milk fat. Summary charts for registered cattle from each breed and an index of owners appear at the end of the volume.
