Produced to commemorate Sutherland's incorporation as a village (now a part of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan), this booklet contains photographs, short write-ups, and advertisements to promote Sutherland's businesses and history. The booklet opens with a list of (then-)current businesses, followed by a neighborhood history and a list of mayors. Spaced throughout the volume are short history and information pages for local landmarks, lists of parks and schools, and demographic profiles for Sutherland and Forest Grove (circa 1980s). Most pages include advertisements from Saskatoon businesses, providing a snapshot of local commerce in the mid-1980s.
