This volume contains information and regulations pertaining to the University of Saskatchewan’s formation and organization. It includes a historical synopsis of the University’s founding, lists of administration/faculty, the text of the University Act (including amendments to 1920), excerpts from provincial statutes regarding University operation, and guidelines for convocation. It also contains the Statutes of the Senate, Bylaws of the Board of Governors (including pension and student insurance information), the first Election Register (of Senators [?] and degree recipients), and an Honour Roll.
