Published from 1948 until 2017, “Saskatchewan History” magazine showcased both scholarly and general interest work on diverse figures, groups, and events in the province’s past. As a publication of the Saskatchewan Archives Board, the magazine invited submissions from archivists, librarians, and academics. Issues may contain scholarly articles, book reviews, archival reports, and reminiscences. This volume includes material on the Cyprus Hills Massacre, the price of goods in 1890, Bavarian folkways in Langenburg, and recollections of traveling from Britain to settle in Canada in the early 1900s. Note Lewis H. Thomas as Editor and John H. Archer on the advisory board. Cover Design by McGregor Hone.
