[Saskatchewan] Guide to Historic Sites and Points of Interest

Prepared as part of the celebrations surrounding Saskatchewan’s sixtieth year of incorporation as a province, this slim volume identifies historic landmarks and sites around the province. The volume divides Saskatchewan into seven geographic regions – each section includes a map indicating points of interest, overviews of major settlements and regional history, and short descriptions of each point of interest. Includes index, a list of museums in the province, and a short history of Saskatchewan by J. D. Herbert (Director of Historic Sites for the province’s 1955 Jubilee Committee).
