Notes

St. Hubert, a community south of Whitewood, Saskatchewan, has the distinction of being settled by French aristocracy. Although the exact date of their arrival is unknown (estimated to be in the mid-1880s), by 1914, they had all left.

In this community history the first 52 pages contain brief essays on community establishments and institutions - schools, churches, recreation activities and district related anecdotes. The balance of the books 224 pages profile families of the region.
