Paper covers, prong fastener, 200 page, 8.5x7 in [22x18 cm], pages are typewritten and colourful pages used as chapter dividers which display hand drawn illustrations.

Condition

Covers rubbed, and soiled, corners bumped. Both covers show considerable edge wear, most notably the fore-edge which are creased and have a couple closed tears.

Notes

A co-operative effort was put forth by the women of the parish, the community, and neighbouring areas to create this cookbook. Recipes include breads, cake, dainties both baked and unbaked, pies, desserts, meat, vegetables, soups, and international.
