Notes

In this book, Edward Douglas Davis provides reference charts for determining grain value at various bushel weights. The volume opens with an explanation of how to read the charts, as well as how to measure the contents of grain bins, corn cribs, and coal bins. The book closes with a brief advertisement offering Davis’s other chart publications (for figuring interest, determining the number of days between two dates, calculating foreign exchange rates, etc.).
