Notes

“The Saskatchewan Gardener” (later, “The Gardener for the Prairies”) is a quarterly periodical published by three horticultural societies (Saskatchewan Horticultural Association, Saskatchewan Perennial Society, Saskatoon Horticultural Society) in conjunction with the University of Saskatchewan’s Extension Division. The periodical’s articles address seasonal topics related to horticulture and yard care on the prairies. This issue features topics such as growing hops, heritage French peonies, and Bert Porter’s Honeywood Heritage Nursery (west of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan).
