Batoche and the Northwest Revisited

This booklet contains a programme of the evenings events and menu for a 1985 banquet held by the Canadian Association of Social Studies in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The banquet took place during a joint convention of the Canadian Association of Social Studies and the Saskatchewan Council of Social Studies Teachers. Sessions and lectures were held at the University of Saskatchewan, with some meetings and functions (including the banquet) at the Bessborough Hotel. The convention’s sessions focussed on the 1885 North-West Resistance, and the banquet featured a lecture by Grant MacEwan.
