This volume contains brief biographies (and, often, portraits) of influential or well-known men and women in Saskatchewan. While the unpaginated first pages include rosters of provincial/federal politicians and a short, optimistic overview of the province’s resources current to 1958, the directory proper reprints the 1956 first edition's text. Its 1450 entries are organized alphabetically, with an index sorted by location. A helpful resource for genealogists, historians, or researchers.
