Drawing extensively on primary-source material gathered from archival research in Ottawa, the records of the Stanley Thompson Society, and the papers of Parks Canada historian Graham H. MacDonald, Harris reconstructs Thompson’s involvement with the course from its beginnings in 1927 through the end of his work there in 1949.
