This community history documents the town of Harris, Saskatchewan, located southwest of Saskatoon, along with its surrounding settlements and rural school districts. It includes brief historical essays on the town and its institutions, as well as accounts of nearby communities such as Bents Siding, Feudal, Marriot, Tessier, and Valley Centre. Additional sections cover the school districts of Ailsa Craig, Alluvia, Bare Hills, Bouillon–Elk Valley, Cherry Hill, Dollybrae, Glen Eagle, Glenhurst, Heathland, Hillview, Muirland, Poplar Bluff, Purple Grove, and Zealhar. The majority of the volume is devoted to compiled family histories of local residents.
