Included are testimonials from merchants and business owners in a number of Saskatchewan centres, among them Moffat and Robertson of Ogema, Joseph La Berge of Elbow, Charles Eyre of the Macklin Trading Company, Macklin, D. C. Nixon of Weyburn, J. J. White, proprietor of The Outlook newspaper at Outlook, Hoggarth and Clendenan of Kerrobert, and the druggist J. G. Laycock of Asquith. A folding map depicts the Canadian Pacific Railway's existing network across the Prairie Provinces together with the lines proposed for construction during 1911.
