Jackson, and others to her mature landscape paintings. Drawing on interviews, diaries, study notes, and other primary source material, Terry Fenton examines Cowley's artistic influences, working methods, and place within the development of post-war Canadian landscape painting. The latter part of the volume reproduces a substantial selection of Cowley's paintings.
