Notes

Ear Falls an Ontario community approximately 470 kilometers northwest of Thunder Bay. Now known as a tourist destination, was once a hub for mining, forestry and hydro electric production. This volume provides a history of the region for the earliest times (Ojibway elders were consulted), thru the fur trade era, to the mid nineteen sixties.
